Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at hello@brennybear.com.

Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. During busy periods, this may be extended to up to 3 business days.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer a Free Standard shipping service within Australia for our customers. If you elect the Parcel Post shipping option this will incur a $10.95 charge. If you elect the Express Post shipping option this will incur a $14.45 charge. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and your chosen shipping method. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2-6 business days in Metro Areas, and up to 7 business days in Non-Metro Areas. Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days in Metro Areas, and 2-4 business days in Non-Metro Areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the courier's website.
