Refund policy
At brenny bear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange of new, unused products in their original packaging. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of returning a product.
Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened, undamaged and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept the return or exchange.
In the case of a change of mind return, the shipping costs are not reimbursed, and brenny bear is not responsible for returns until they have been delivered to and inspected by our team. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the item does not meet our returns criteria.
Refunds
Refunds will be offered in the form of store credit or a refund processed to the original method of payment, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us via email at hello@brennybear.com within 7 days of delivery. Replacement requests must be accompanied by a photo of the item and packaging with your order number/proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet our returns criteria. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned product.
